KYLE CHANDLER

Kyle was born in Buffalo, New York on 17 September, 1966. He was raised in Chicago suburbs until the age of 11,
when he and his family moved to a small town (Loganville) in Georgia. They lived on a farm, so Kyle grew up with a
lot of animals. He considered becoming a veterinarian because of this (he also thought being a vet would be very
romantic).

He attended the University of Georgia, where he received a BA in theatre. He perfomed in many plays. Being an
excellent actor, he was awarded the Outer Critics Award for his Broadway performance as Hal Carter in the
Roundabout Theatre's Picnic. His biggest claim to fame is his role as Gary Hobson on the television drama Early
Edition.

Currently, the 6'1" actor lives in Los Angeles with his wife, Katherine Kyl (a television writer), his young daughter,
and his two dogs, Buckley and Otis. When asked to describe himself in five words, Kyle responded, "A very
fortunate human being."
